Internalization of SBO (Organizational Culture Survey) Results BPS Wonogiri Regency 2024

On Wednesday (13/11) at the BPS Wonogiri Regency Meeting Room, the Internalization of the Results of the 2024 BPS Wonogiri Regency SBO (Organizational Culture Survey) was carried out. The Internalization of the BPS Wonogiri Regency SBO was delivered by the Head of BPS Wonogiri Regency, Rahmad Iswanto.

The Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) was carried out to provide an overview of the implementation of the BerAKHLAK core values. This SBO was held on 15-19 July 2024. The SBO analysis in its report involves an evaluation of various aspects of organizational culture that are relevant to BerAKHLAK, such as the core values adopted, applicable norms, ethical practices in decision-making, and the level of compliance with the code of ethics and applicable regulations.

The purpose of the 2024 Organizational Culture Survey (SBO) is to:

1. Obtain an overview of the Implementation of BerAKHLAK at BPS during 2024.

2. Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the implementation of BerAKHLAK behavior in BPS Work Units.

3. As one of the indicators for determining the next change management activity program.
