Thursday, June 19, 2025 - The Head of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Wonogiri Regency, Mr. Rahmad Iswanto, SST., M.Si., was invited as a guest speaker at the One Data Indonesia Forum of Wonogiri Regency Semester I 2025. The event was organized by the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Planning Agency (Bapperida) of Wonogiri Regency and attended by various representatives from regional government organizations (SOPD) within the Wonogiri Regency Government.

In addition to the Head of BPS, the event also featured the Head of the Communication and Information Office (Diskominfo) of Wonogiri Regency as a speaker, who delivered insights on strengthening the regional data governance system. The presence of SOPD representatives marked a collective commitment to establishing a unified, accurate, and accountable data governance framework at the regional level.

One of the key moments in this forum was the signing of the Official Record of Agreement of the One Data Forum of Wonogiri Regency for Semester I 2025. This agreement represents a joint commitment from all participating agencies to support the implementation of the One Data Indonesia policy at the regional level. It is expected to provide a strong foundation for consistent and high-quality sectoral data to support more accurate and targeted development planning and policymaking.

In his presentation, the Head of BPS Wonogiri emphasized the importance of enhancing cross-sector collaboration within the forum. He stated that the One Data Forum serves as a strategic platform to align perspectives, unify actions, and integrate sectoral data systems to improve the quality of regional statistics.

Furthermore, he highlighted the progress and significance of completing SIGMA GIRI (Information System for Independent Sectoral Statistics Administration of Wonogiri Regency), a local innovation aimed at monitoring and evaluating sectoral statistics. This system is expected to provide an integrated solution to improve data coordination among SOPDs and accelerate the availability of data needed by both local governments and the public.

The forum serves as a concrete manifestation of synergy between statistical agencies, development planners, and data managers in achieving transparent, efficient, and sustainable data governance in Wonogiri Regency. With a spirit of collaboration and shared commitment, regional data management is expected to continue evolving to meet the demands of the digital era and the growing complexity of development planning.
