National Nutrition Agency (BGN), in collaboration with the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), is conducting an Evaluation and Monitoring Survey of the MBG Program. This survey seeks to gather first-hand field data regarding the implementation of the program, from both beneficiaries and service providers.
Friday, June 20, 2025, the Head of BPS in Wonogiri Regency personally oversaw the data collection process in the region. Survey respondents included selected households and students who are beneficiaries of the MBG program, serving as key samples to evaluate the program’s success at the grassroots level.
Nutrition Service Units (SPPG), raw material suppliers, and schools that implement the MBG program. This comprehensive coverage is expected to provide a holistic picture of the MBG ecosystem—from upstream suppliers to end recipients.
This effort reflects the government's commitment to continually evaluate and improve its social programs to ensure they deliver real benefits to the community, while also stimulating local economic activity through the supply of food materials, engagement of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and job creation in sectors supporting the MBG initiative.
