Abstract

June 2024 Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation in Wonogiri Regency was 2.01 percent.

In June 2024, there was year on year (y-on-y) inflation in Wonogiri Regency of 2.01 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 106.66.

The y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices indicated by an increase in most expenditure group indices, namely: food, beverages and tobacco group by 4.48 percent; clothing and footwear group by 0.70 percent; household equipment, equipment and routine maintenance group by 0.66 percent; health group by 2.35 percent; transportation group by 0.40 percent; recreation, sports and culture group by 1.00 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 1.35 percent; and personal care and other services group by 4.14 percent. Meanwhile, the groups that experienced a decrease in the index were: the housing, water, electricity, and household fuel group fell by 0.40 percent; and the information, communication, and financial services group fell by 1.18 percent. Specifically, the education group did not experience a change in the index. The month-to-month (m-to-m) deflation rate in Wonogiri Regency in June 2024 was 0.41 percent and the year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation rate was 0.60 percent.
