Analysis for The Survey Results of Data Requirement 2019 of Wonogiri Regency

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the Wonogiri District Statistics Agency (BPS) for identify the need for statistical data and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services in Wonogiri Regency. This publication presents the SKD 2019 results which contain analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, data quality satisfaction analysis and service unit performance analysis.This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).Consumer satisfaction with data obtained from BPS data providers in Wonogiri Regency is presented according to the dimensions of data quality, namely data completeness, data accuracy, data updates, relevance, coherence and comparability, accessibility, interpretability, and topicality and timeliness. The dimension of data accuracy is the dimension of data quality with the highest percentage of satisfaction, which is 100%.Most consumers are satisfied with the services in the Wonogiri Regency BPS PST as indicated by the percentage satisfaction of 100%. Nevertheless, there is still a gap between the level of importance and the level of customer satisfaction with the service in the Wonogiri Regency BPS PST of 0.18.
