Abstract

Timely and accurate agricultural data is the foundation of targeted agricultural policy. Since 2018, BPS together with BPPT, supported by the Ministry of ATR / BPN, BIG, and LAPAN, improved the methodology of calculating the area of rice harvest in the activity "Data collection of Agricultural Statistics of Integrated Food Crops with The Area Sample Framework Method (KSA)". Segment observations are made on the last 7 (seven) days of each month.Based on the results of the KSA Survey in 2020, the rice harvest area in Wonogiri is estimated at 62,444 hectares. Meanwhile, rice production in Wonogiri in 2020 is estimated at 347,804 tons of GKG (Milled Dry Grain). If converted to rice, rice production in 2020 reached 198,977 tons.
