Production of Seasonal Vegetables and Fruits in Wonogiri Regency 2023/2024

The agricultural sector is the largest contributor to the gross regional domestic product (GRDP) in Wonogiri Regency, one of which is the horticulture sub-sector and in particular seasonal horticultural crops. Various agricultural information and data are used as one of the bases in determining planning as well as material for evaluating programs both in the agricultural sector and other related fields. Therefore, the publication of Seasonal Vegetable and Fruit Production in Wonogiri Regency in 2023/2024 is compiled to present data and information on horticultural crop commodities, including harvest area figures and production volumes. The leading commodities of Wonogiri Regency in 2023 are cayenne pepper, curly chili, eggplant, shallots, and cucumbers. The commodity with the largest production is cayenne pepper with a total of 27,002 quintals in one year. As much as 41.11 percent of cayenne pepper production is in Slogohimo District.
